Elbit Unveils Electronic Warfare Counter-Drone System
Elbit Systems has unveiled an electronic warfare (EW) suite to counter drone threats.
The suite comprises an EW controller, digital radar warning receiver, infrared missile warning system, laser warning system, countermeasure dispenser system, directional infrared countermeasures, and electronic countermeasure jammer, working individually or in concert.
New Capability
Additional processing capabilities for drone detection and classification power the EW suite’s new digital radar warning receiver.
The receiver can also be configured to detect and geo-locate the personal location beacons of ground forces or pilots on the ground.
