CACI to Provide Communications, IT Expertise for US Africa and European Command
CACI has received a $1.3-billion contract to deliver communications and information technology (IT) expertise for the US Africa Command (USAFRICOM) and European Command (USEUCOM).
Under the task order, the company will upgrade vital hardware and software performance and optimize communications and IT assets for the agencies.
The firm will also provide end-user support for more than 11,000 US personnel stationed across 60 locations in Africa and Europe.
Additional services will focus on cybersecurity and zero trust solutions implementation, Joint All Domain Command and Control integration, cloud enablement, edge computing, and Commercial Solutions for Classified processes.
According to CACI, the contract will amplify performance between USAFRICOM and USEUCOM’s service component commands, staff elements, and supporting organizations.
The services will also support the agencies’ interoperability with NATO, allies, and mission partners for multi-domain crisis response and conflict prevention operations, the company added.

Recent Projects
CACI received a contract in March to upgrade the US Army’s Global Secret Internet Protocol Router, the agency’s high-security unified computer network.
Last year, the firm partnered with a software provider to establish secure open, deep, and dark web access for US Special Operations Forces.
In 2022, CACI received a similar task order to provide mission expertise for the US Army’s intelligence arms.
