Berry Aviation Inc (BAI) and Columbia Helicopters have received a contract to provide military airlift and medical support for US and partner forces in the Philippines.
The contract will be fulfilled in partnership with the US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). Work for the one-year agreement will begin in August and could extend through an additional two-year option.
The collaboration will see BAI leverage its humanitarian support experience in Africa, where the company has provided air transportation and casualty evacuation solutions.
BAI will also combine its more than two decades of expertise in safe and expeditionary operations in the Pacific with Columbia Helicopters’ support and operator specialists.

BAI has nearly four decades of experience in the aviation industry.
Alongside government services, the company offers unmanned aerial systems, on-demand cargo, passenger operations, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance solutions.
Latest BAI Contracts
BAI received a separate USTRANSCOM contract last month to provide aero-medical evacuation services for the Marine Rotational Forces training exercises in Australia.
In partnership with CareFlight, BAI will supply the exercises with fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, personnel, ancillary services, and related equipment.
BAI also signed an agreement in January to support US Marine Corps air-to-ground integration training.
The company will provide airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance system services that will aid the marines in preparing for realistic international missions.
